1998 Ranger 2.5 MAF Sensor

"Ranger Gord" has been running well until the other day when he started to stumble while driving and stall at lights. The CEL didn't come on, but a scan showed a pending P0102. I cleaned the MAF sensor with the proper cleaner and cleared the pending code. After that the engine seemed to be running well again.

Today the engine stalled a couple of times and the CEL came on. This time a scan showed an error code P0102.

I'm thinking that I need to replace the MAF sensor, but these seem to be hard to come by, at least around here. Rock Auto lists a number of MAF sensors at widely varying prices. I have no idea which brands are good and which ones to stay away from. Can anyone suggest which one to buy? Thanks.
